How do I know that the order has reached you after I have placed an order on your web site?
After you have placed your order on our web site and the transaction is completed through PayPal, then PayPal will e-mail you a receipt for the transaction and also send an e-mail to our sales support e-mail address. We will send you a confirmation e-mail of your order after we receive e-mail notification from PayPal of successful payment.
What happens if I do not receive an order confirmation e-mail from your web site?
We will send you an order confirmation e-mail shortly after we have received your order. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail from us within 3 hours, please feel free to contact us at +66 (0) 628926669 or e-mail email@example.com - we will respond quickly.
How do I know that the flowers/gifts have been delivered on the specific date?
We will notify you by e-mail after we have completed your order - please check your e-mail periodically on the day of delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail of your completed order on the day of delivery, there might have been an unexpected delivery problem. If this happens, please feel free to ask us about the status of your order.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?

I do not have the PayPal account. Can I still place my order on you web site?
No PayPal account is required to place your order on our web site.
