Delivey Terms and Conditions

  1. We have a highly experienced Bangkok and Thailand florist team who will look after all aspects of your order. We carefully select only quality flowers, which are kept at the correct temperature to maintain freshness. We maintain that temperature control throughout the delivery process to ensure the recipient gets only fresh and beautiful flowers.
  2. The pictures of flowers and gifts that are listed on this website are only representative of arrangement types. Exact flowers, goods and associated items may vary slightly depending on availability at our local florists. We guarantee all the flowers and gifts will be the finest available to our florists.

  3. We delivery to all areas of Thailand. Our same-day delivery service is guaranteed for orders placed before 3.00pm in the recipient's time zone - orders placed after 3.00pm will normally be delivered the next day. The areas where we can provide same-day delivery are: Bangkok and Metropolitan areas, also the major cities of Thailand such as Phuket, Pattaya, Samui, Chiangmai, Khon Kaen, Udonthani and Nakhonratchasima. For remote areas that are more than 100 km away from the main town of each province, please contact us about availability before placing an order. We have friendly staff who will promptly answer your enquiries 18 hours a day.

  4. All the prices listed on our website include delivery - our delivery service covers the metropolitan areas of all cities in Thailand and within a radius of 20 km from the downtown of each city. If delivery is required to remote areas more than 20 km from the city center, a delivery charge may be required.

  5. Before placing your order please review the recipient’s name, address and telephone number so that we can contact the recipient if necessary. Please also review the messages chosen to accompany gifts or flowers. We cannot guarantee on time delivery if you have provided us with incomplete or incorrect information for the delivery.

  6. To enable us to make a correct delivery please provide us with the telephone number of the recipient. This is very important for us in case we cannot locate the recipient's address. We understand that you usually wish to surprise or impress the recipient - we won't telephone the recipient before the flowers reach them unless there is an unexpected delivery problem.

  7. We will gladly help you with finding the telephone number or address of recipients in case you only have part of the information, or are not sure that the address and telephone number are still valid. This is to make sure that recipient will correctly receive their flowers and gifts. Remember that you can contact us any time via e-mail - we have friendly staff available who will serve you promptly on all workdays.

  8. If you do not specify the date of delivery, we will deliver as soon as possible (same-day delivery if the order is placed before 3.00pm in the recipient's time zone, otherwise next day delivery).

  9. We cannot guarantee the specific time of delivery, especially at peak periods, but we will try to complete the delivery as early as possible on the specified day. 

  10. We send a confirmation e-mail to you - the customer - for every order placed on our web site. Please check the accuracy of all order details, including the recipient’s name, address and contact number, and also the message to accompany flowers. Please report problems to us as soon as possible before the delivery.

  11. We are unable to give refunds if we cannot complete an order because of incorrect or incomplete information about the recipient, or if the recipient has changed address and we cannot contact them in any way.

  12. In the event that we have tried to deliver the goods to the recipient but cannot find their address, or the address has changed and we cannot contact the recipient from the given telephone number, we will bring the goods back and keep it at our shop. If you then want us to make a new delivery after being unable to contact the recipient, we can do so at your expense. Fresh flowers are perishable, and will not be in a good enough condition to be re-delivered. If you want us to deliver new flowers to replace them, you will be responsible for the incurred expense, as we cannot absorb this excess cost.

  13. If you are not satisfied with our goods or service, please do not hesitate to let us know. We welcome all complaints and comments, which we will consider carefully to help us improve our service.

    Note: Complaints must be sent to us within 24 hrs after the recipient has received the goods. We will then provide replacement new flowers to the recipient. If complaint notification exceeds 24 hours, no refund or replacement flowers will be provided.

    Additional Delivery Terms & Conditions on The Valentine's Day Thailand

    Valentine’s Day on 14th February, will have the highest volume of orders at our flower business for the entire year. To be sure that we can process all your orders correctly and arrange delivery on this Valentine’s Day, please read these purchase and delivery conditions before you order.

    Our additional conditions on purchases and deliveries for Valentine’s Day on 14th February are:

    1. Since we will have a high volume of orders, we cannot confirm the exact time of delivery to the recipient. We will try to deliver them as early as possible on the date specified in your purchase order. 

    2. We can confirm that delivery will be made on February 14th for all orders received before 5.00pm on February 13th Thailand time.   

    3. For all orders received after 5.00pm on February 13th up to February 14th, local time, we cannot guarantee delivery on the 14th. However we will try our best to deliver on the 14th. In the event we cannot deliver on the 14th we will deliver it the next day.

    4. To guarantee that the goods reach the recipient correctly, please give us the correct name and address of the recipient, along with a phone number that we can contact in case we cannot find the address. Before placing the order please carefully check any greetings messages that you wish to be delivered with the flowers or present. If you think you have supplied incorrect information in your order, please notify us immediately you discover the problem. 

    5. Refund policy: If you supply incorrect address or contact information, or if the recipient has changed their address and we have no way of contacting them, then no refund will be given.

    6. In the event that we have tried to deliver the goods to the recipient but cannot find their address, or if the address has changed and we cannot contact the recipient on the telephone number supplied, we will bring the order back and keep it at our shop. If you want us to make a new delivery after we manage to contact the recipient, we can do it - but at your expense. Fresh flowers are perishable and may not be in a good enough condition to be delivered again. If you want us to deliver new flowers to substitute the originals, you have to be responsible for the incurred expense as well, as we cannot absorb this excess cost.

    7. By the act of placing an order with ChangFlorist.com, the customer is deemed to agree to all our terms and conditions. If there is a problem beyond our control, we reserve the right not to be responsible for problems outside the scope of the terms and conditions.
