Ordering & Payment

How do I know my order went through?

Once your payment is complete, you'll get an automatic confirmation email, and we'll follow up personally to confirm the details. If you don't hear from us within 3 hours, email info@changflorist.com or call +66 62 892 6669.

Is it safe to pay by card?

Yes. We use Stripe — a global payment processor trusted by millions of businesses. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers; we never see your full card number.

What cards do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more — through Stripe.

What currency are prices in?

Prices are in Thai Baht (THB). You can preview prices in other currencies — USD, GBP, EUR, and more — using the switcher at the top of the page, but your card is always charged in Thai Baht.

Where do you deliver?

Across all 77 provinces of Thailand — see our Service Area page for details. We deliver within Thailand only, not internationally.

How will I know my order was delivered?

We send you photo proof — a picture of the finished bouquet and its delivery — by email once your order is complete. If anything unexpected comes up, we'll reach out right away.
