By placing an order with Chang Florist, you agree to the terms below. We've written them in plain language — if anything's unclear, just ask.
1. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include standard delivery within our same-day service area. You can preview prices in other currencies, but payment is always processed in THB. We confirm every order by email.
2. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
3. Flower Substitution
Photos on our website are representative. Because flowers are seasonal and sourced through local partner florists, the exact blooms, container, or accompanying items may vary. When substitution is needed, we always match or exceed the value and overall style of your order.
4. Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3 PM (Thailand time) within our service area. We can't guarantee an exact delivery time, especially during peak periods, but we deliver as early as possible on your chosen date. See our Service Area page for coverage details.
5. Peak Season — Valentine's Day
February 14th is our busiest day of the year. To make sure your order arrives correctly:
- Guaranteed delivery on Feb 14 for orders placed before 11:59 PM on Feb 12 (Thailand time)
- Orders placed Feb 13-14: we'll try our best for the 14th but can't guarantee it — may deliver the next day
- We can't confirm an exact delivery time during this period; we deliver as early as possible
- Please double-check recipient details — there's little time to fix errors during peak volume
6. Recipient Information
Please provide the recipient's name, address, and phone number accurately and completely. We use the recipient's phone to confirm the address or arrange delivery — this helps ensure the gift reaches the right person at the right place. If you'd like to keep it a surprise and prefer we don't call the recipient, just note this with your order. We can't guarantee on-time delivery if recipient details are incomplete or incorrect.
7. Failed Delivery
If we can't complete delivery because the address is incorrect, the recipient can't be reached, or no one is available to receive the order (and it can't be left with anyone), we'll return it to our shop. Fresh flowers are perishable and may not survive re-delivery. If you request a new delivery or re-arrangement, any additional cost will be at your expense.
If you've asked us not to contact the recipient (for a surprise), please understand this can make successful delivery harder to confirm — and in that case, the risk of a failed delivery rests with you.
8. Complaints & Resolution
Your satisfaction matters to us. Because fresh flowers are perishable — especially in Thailand's heat — please tell us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange replacement flowers for the recipient while there's still time to help. Complaints made after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

10. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — such as severe weather, natural disasters, or disruptions to transport or communications.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
